Private family services

Beverley was born on September 8, 1935 in Hays, KS. She was the eldest of two children born to Everett and LaVilla (Russell) Boren. Beverley grew up in Kansas and attended several grade schools throughout the state. She and her family moved to Oregon in the early 1950s. She attended Girls Polly High School graduating with the Class of 1953. Following high school she attended Lewis and Clark College graduating with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in nursing in 1957.

She married Charles Edward Creamer on Nov. 9th, 1957 at Rose City Methodist Church in Portland, Oregon but later divorced.

Beverley was a Registered Nurse for St. Vincent Hospital until she retired in 2000. After retirement she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beverley loved reading. She started off reading Sci-fi novels and when she thought she had read them all, she began reading westerns and mystery. She very much enjoyed camping and fishing and of course reading her book. She read even while fishing and if she happened to hook a fish it would have to wait to be reeled in until she was finished reading. She enjoyed visiting Beverly Beach and University Falls. She also enjoyed gardening and bird watching.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Carol Elaine Cramer, and sister Bonna Peterson

Beverley is survived by her two children and their spouses, Brian and Karen Creamer of Portland, OR, Karanne Joy and Charles Sr. Trapp of Forest Grove, OR, seven grandchildren, Joanne Chase, Charles Jr., Ryan, Cassandra, Jessica, Anthony Trapp and Allison Creamer, 13 great-grandchildren, Koen Chase, Makayla, Chloe, Charles III, Savanah, Jackson, Bella, Wynter, Lilly, Carly, Ryan Jr., Rowan, and Ellsa Trapp.

The family suggest donations in Beverley's name be made to a Heart research or Cancer research program of one's choice or to volunteer time helping those in need.
