On an excursion with her girlfriends to the Air Force Base at the Portland Airport, Dolores met a strapping young man, Victor Fallon. Pursuing her interest in business studies, Dolores learned typing and shorthand and proudly earned a Certificate of Proficiency in 20th Century Typewriting, achieving a typing speed of 51 words per minute.
Her hobby of genealogy research became a lifetime passion of collecting photos, stories, copies of immigration documents, military medals and various family heirlooms.  Family genealogy was a popular topic at many family gatherings, and to whomever would listen!

She is survived by son David and daughter-in-law Colette of Canby, OR, son Michael and daughter-in-law Kristi of Beaverton, OR, son Timothy and daughter -in-law Kim of LaPine, OR, and daughter, Joyce of Portland, OR.
She was blessed with:
Seven Grandchildren:  Tabatha, Lindsey, Sean, Emily, Nicole, Stephanie and Mark;
Ten Great Grandchildren:   Rachel, Daniel, Peter, Samantha, Joanna, Earl David, Abby, Luke, Leah and Henry; and many nieces and nephews.
From her children:
We will greatly miss our Mother's sense of humor and her overall presence in our lives.  We are grateful for her dedication and sacrifice through the years of being a stay-at-home Mom taking care of us, her children.  We thank her for teaching us to read and write before we were old enough to attend school.
There's comfort in knowing that Mom and Dad are together again.
