Trina Gene Schallock

Trina Gene Schallock, 63, a resident of the Forest Grove community passed away on January 7, 2026, at her home.
Trina was born on October 6, 1962, in Modesto, CA. She was the oldest of three children born to Donald Nutt and Treiva McClary. Her father remarried after the passing of Treiva to her stepmother Dottie Nutt.  Her family lived between Northern California and Portland, Oregon.
She met her future husband, Terry Schallock, at a restaurant called Grandmothers in Billings, MT. They soon began dating and they married in 1980's. They made their home in Montana until 1982. In 1983 they moved to Hillsboro. Terry passed away on November 15, 2019. Trina moved to Forest Grove to be closer to her daughter.
Trina was a homemaker but also was a large part of their family business, Aloha Pool & Spa, Forest Grove Pool & Spa, Beaverton Pool & Spa. She enjoyed family and friends. She listened to country music, loved the sun and swimming pools. Terry and Trina enjoyed dancing and traveling, she was a master baker and was also very crafty making ice cream.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by four children, Savannah Mathes of Forest Grove, Chelsea Schallock of Portland, Christopher Schallock of Longview, WA, Brittany Blackwell and her spouse Nick both of Hillsboro, two stepchildren, Misty Waterson of Sherwood, Billy and Treavor Macy of Sherwood, two siblings, Donald Nutt and Shannon Nutt. Also surviving are eighteen, soon to be, nineteen grandchildren .
